Coconut smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 480ml/ 16oz coconut milk
  • 1 Super Smoothie packet
  • ½ cup coconut powder or flakes
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs coconut oil
  • 50g/ 2 handfuls of washed leafy greens
  • 1-2 drops of Stevia or TWC friendly sweetener
  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
    Taste before adding sweetener.
    This is very rich and filling, add extra water if needed.
