Fruit free smoothie (low carb)

Ingredients:

  • 450 -500 ml/ 12-16 oz water or cold Tulsi Tea
  • 1 Super Smoothie packet
  • 100g/ 1 medium cucumber peeled & seeded
  • 1Tbs ghee or coconut oil
  • 50g/ 2 handfuls of washed leafy greens
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
