Making your Super Smoothie

  • Each packet is one serving and makes 2 large glasses. Use the entire contents of 1 packet for each breakfast & dinner liquid meal. It’s best to make your Super Smoothie in a blender.
  • Adjust the amount of water or TWC friendly liquid to your taste, more liquid will make it thinner, less liquid will make it thicker.
  • You’ll be surprised at how good it is to add fresh greens to your smoothie. If you haven’t tried this yet, you are in for a real treat. It tastes great & makes you feel wonderful all over.
  • TWC sweeteners are very sweet! Blend & taste, then add sweetener (see p.18 of your guidebook) to your liking.
  • “BE CREATIVE OPTIONS” to add to your Super Smoothie:

  • Vanilla, peppermint or almond extract
  • All spices: ginger, cinnamon, cardamom etc.
  • Mint leaves, Tulsi leaves, sprouts & fresh herbs
  • Nuts/seeds/nut-butters/tahini/avocado
  • Tulsi, flax, chia and hemp seeds
  • Soft coconut meat or coconut milk
  • Cacao powder, carob powder
  • TWC friendly sweeteners like Stevia
  • Feel free to add BE CREATIVE OPTIONS to your Super Smoothie
